Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non\-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well\-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI\-CD) activities
Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Required Skills:
Should have 5\+ years relevant experience in Software development.
Should have 3\+ years of experience with PEGA development
Experience in Pega PRPC \-Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting
Should have PCSSA (Pega Certified Senior System Architect) certification
Should have hands on experience in end to end PRPC lifecycle \- design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 8\.x or higher
Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.
Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge on DevOps implementation for Pega applications
Strong Troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
Ability to closely work with BAs, Scrum Masters, SQA, production support, other developers and other cross\-functional team members
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Visio proficient
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of AML CDD processes and functions is a major plus
Experience in Client Life cycle Management (CLM) a plus
Experience in J2EE application development and data modeling/SQL is a plus
Experience in AI, ML, NLP is a plus
Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) is a Plus.
