Job Responsibilities:
Find innovative ways to optimize and scale the growth of payment business and platform activeness.
Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, conducting market and competitor research, and ensuring products align with company objectives.
Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to meet the user requirements and grow the business.
Work across various teams and stakeholders to develop features and optimize user flows that cover all with a focus on growth, financial impact and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualification:
More than 3 years’ experience in product development or project management in Finance, Digital Services or related fields.
Understanding of the product development lifecycle, industry trends, and customer behavior.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance monitoring to drive informed decisions.
