To lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for Barry Callebaut Mexico, with a focus on the relaunch of Sicao, acceleration of E-Commerce integration, and recovery of volume across Gourmet and Regional accounts. This role will orchestrate high-impact activities including Innovation Days, customer trainings, events, loyalty programs, sampling, and digital content—ensuring consistency with global brand standards and regional business objectives. The Associate Marketing Manager will also serve as the key link between local efforts and Callebaut’s global digital ecosystem, activating campaigns, assets, and platforms that elevate customer experience and drive commercial results. In addition, this position will support operational efficiency through supplier coordination, budget tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Chefs, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the execution of marketing initiatives for the relaunch of Sicao, including events, sampling programs, customer reactivation campaigns, digital content, and loyalty programs, ensuring full alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
Coordinate Innovation Days, product trainings, and chef demonstrations across key customer segments to accelerate volume recovery in the Gourmet and Regional channels.
Activate and adapt local digital content and marketing assets for E-Commerce platforms, ensuring integration with Callebaut’s global digital ecosystem.
Track performance and manage budgets for marketing activities and campaigns, providing regular reporting to ensure cost-efficiency and return on investment.
Collaborate with media and creative agencies for campaign execution and visibility across digital, social media, and in-store environments.
Serve as operational lead for supplier management, logistics coordination, sample shipments, and internal budget tracking support.
Act as a cross-functional liaison between Marketing, Sales, Chefs, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end alignment and flawless execution of marketing programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and adapt communication strategies.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate studies in Brand Management, E-Commerce, or Digital Strategy are a plus.
Fully fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
6 -8 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in the food industry or within multinational B2B/B2C environments.
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and evaluate performance using key marketing metrics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM, BI platforms).
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools for campaign tracking and automation like Salesforce, SAP and Pardot).
Basic knowledge of Canva is valued but not essential.
