We are looking for the IV Sets Product Manager EMEA to play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the winning portfolio strategy and tactics for our Durable Core business, within our overall marketing and brand strategy.

The position will be reporting to the Associate Marketing Director, Medication Preparation and Delivery EMEA.

In Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS), we help clinicians and healthcare stakeholders re-think vascular access care to improve patient safety and reduce overall burden of procedures that deliver IV therapy in a variety of patient populations and care settings.

Our IV sets offering (including Primary sets, Secondary sets, Extension sets, Accessories) is designed to help you achieve better outcomes whilst managing the overall costs of care in today’s world of health.

The IV Sets Product Manager will be a key member of the EMEA Medication Delivery Solutions Business, accountable for the brand strategy and portfolio life cycle management of our significant IPD (Infusion Preparation Delivery) platform.

In addition to portfolio life cycle management projects, this role will ensure comprehensive market and competitor assessments, insights consolidation, content development and digital enablers as needed. It will also be key in leveraging segmentation and other customer data to measure program impact and drive data driven decisions.

To be successful, the Product Manager will need to effectively collaborate with the EMEA regional marketing organization and with the Cluster teams to provide guidance and support, as well with other functions such as Supply Chain, Medical and Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, HEOR and Finance at regional and global level.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

Drive the overall IV Sets portfolio and brand management through specific projects and portfolio management responsibilities that enable business goals

Act as the central point of contact between marketing, sales, regulatory, R\&D, and supply chain teams

Develop and apply deep market and customer insights and leverage customer analytics by collaborating with country marketing teams to tailor strategies to local market needs

Develop and implement segment-based value propositions, content and campaigns

Develop customer engagement tools and digital enablers for the portfolio

Lead product portfolio training

Ensure alignment with clinical and regulatory standards

Execute global portfolio strategy within the regional context, including priority settings, portfolio mix, pricing and GP guidance, business cases for portfolio opportunities and input to unmet needs

Drive planning efforts for the portfolio in line with overall strategic, financial and demand planning processes.

Support aspects of Product life-cycle management (product creation, obsoletion etc.)

Successfully plan, implement and measure success for the next product launches

Support tenders and pricing strategies with compelling value propositions.

About You

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics, or Engineering or equivalent

You have gained solid track record in product or marketing management in an international environment

You have strong marketing competencies and are familiar with digital marketing tools

Healthcare, Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals Industry experience atre strongly preferred

You have good analytical skills and a business acumen

You are a skilled communicator with fluent presentation skills

You demonstrate strong project management capabilities and excel at collaborating across functions.

You speak English on an advanced level. An additional major European language would be an advantage.
