BHN is seeking a strategic, mission\-driven technology executive to serve as our Vice President of IT \& Information Services (IT/IS) and lead the evolution of digital infrastructure, analytics, and enterprise applications across our organization.

What You’ll Do:

As the VP of IT \& Information Services, you will report to the COO and work in a hybrid capacity to lead the design and execution of BHN’s three\-year technology roadmap. You’ll ensure scalable, secure, and cost\-effective solutions that support clinical, operational, and administrative priorities—while enabling BHN to adapt quickly to shifting funding, compliance requirements, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Co\-develop and execute a 3\-year IT/IS strategy that supports BHN’s mission and budget

Lead Infrastructure, Applications, Analytics, Service Management, Cybersecurity, and the PMO

Govern solution design through enterprise architecture and strong IT governance practices

Maintain HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory compliance across all platforms

Ensure 99\.9%\+ uptime across cloud/on\-premise environments

Oversee the application lifecycle (including EMRs and LOB tools), modern workplace tools, and unified data platforms

Lead the PMO using hybrid Agile/waterfall methods to deliver measurable outcomes

Manage IT integration for acquisitions and new site deployments

Drive change management, operational readiness, and cross\-team collaboration

Optimize vendor contracts, enforce SLAs, and manage performance/risk across IT partners

Build a high\-performing, diverse IT leadership team and develop internal successors

Champion equity, representation, and staff inclusion across all technology functions

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)

12\+ years of progressive IT leadership; 5\+ years at the VP/Director level

Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, ITSM, analytics platforms, and EMRs

Strong command of HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, DLP, and healthcare IT compliance standards

Skilled in Agile/SAFe, FinOps, vendor lifecycle management, and observability/SRE tools

Strategic thinker and effective communicator who aligns technology with clinical and business goals

Resilient leader with strong collaboration and change management capabilities
