About the Role

What You’ll Do

At BCCL, we’re seeking a passionate Product Manager to own and drive the innovation and integration of our ePaper and Newspaper products across Print and Digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product features that enhance user engagement and business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll:

Manage day-to-day product activities for ePaper, Newspaper innovation, and integration projects between Print and Digital content.

Collaborate closely with Editorial, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to define clear product requirements and roadmaps.

Identify and prioritize opportunities to innovate within the ePaper and Newspaper space to drive user growth and revenue.

Support the development and enhancement of internal Editorial Systems including CMS, Digital Asset Management, and Social Campaign integrations.

Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.

Work with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into deliverables, ensuring timely and quality releases.

Track key product metrics, analyze performance, and recommend iterative improvements.

Communicate product progress and updates effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

You’re an early- to mid-level product manager excited about Print and Digital media innovation, with a hands-on approach and strong collaboration skills. You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

You should have:

6 to 8 years of product management experience, preferably in media (Print or Digital).

Experience managing products related to ePaper, newspapers, or digital content integrations is a strong plus.

A technical background or familiarity with technology and software development processes.

Ability to gather and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders and users.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data tools to measure product success.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience working in agile development environments is a bonus.
