ENTER THE GAME
As a member of cybersecurity referents team, you will join the Global Security teams, to:
Preconize security recommendations on business and tech roadmaps (features, applications…).
Propose a vision on security features that need to be included in Betclic roadmaps.
Onboard with development teams to provide necessary advisory.
Promote continuous improvement.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
Conduct security risk assessments for projects in an agile context
Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential impacts on critical assets.
Evaluate risk levels and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Participate in projects roadmap to anticipate security needs.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and development teams to ensure security is embedded
Ensure alignment with the organization's security policies and standards.
Contribute to project security documentation (Security Architecture Files, Risk Treatment Plans, etc.).
Monitor maturity indicators across projects.
Promote a security-by-design culture across project teams.
Act as the security lead and advisor inside project squads.
Define and validate security requirements during architecture and design reviews.
Guide DevOps teams in embedding DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and so) into CI/CD pipelines.
Review cloud deployments (Azure, AWS) with focus on IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and workload protection.
Support developers with secure coding practices, code review, and threat modeling.
Build and execute security acceptance testing, ensuring traceability from initial requirements to final validation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This job is for you if:
You possess strong technical skills, with the great ability to work as a transversal team (minimum 5 years of experience).
You are able to prioritise tasks and structure your work with a rigorous approach.
You are highly proactive, pragmatic, and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
And finally, you speak English fluently.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Sebastien or Adele will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director. Finally, Sebastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
