POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Modern Work to support customer engagements for Public Sector clients in Singapore. The candidate must be based in Singapore, with the ability to work onsite and obtain any required government/security clearances.

The CSA will lead technical enablement, solution design, and hands-on implementation of Modern Work capabilities, driving customer adoption of Microsoft 365, Teams, Security \& Compliance, and Endpoint Management solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, customer-facing delivery experience, and the ability to influence and guide technology decision-making in complex environments..

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Lead technical discussions, workshops, architecture design sessions, and hands-on implementation related to Microsoft Modern Work solutions.

Guide customers through adoption, rollout, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and productivity/security workloads.

Architect and implement endpoint management solutions leveraging Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Support customer deployment of identity and security configurations including Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and MFA policies.

Deliver Teams enablement including voice integration, meeting experiences, and collaboration governance.

Partner with customer technical stakeholders, business sponsors, and project teams to drive desired business outcomes.

Provide thought leadership and best practices for security, compliance, data protection, and Zero Trust in Modern Work environments.

Maintain a growth mindset, continuously learning new Microsoft technologies and sharing knowledge with peers.

Produce customer-ready documentation, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and success plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 \& Modern Work solutions.

Strong practical expertise with one or more of the following:

Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management

Microsoft Teams platform administration and/or Teams Voice

SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration

Microsoft Purview security/compliance policies and controls

Experience delivering technical workshops, POCs, and customer enablement sessions.

Proven track record in customer-facing delivery roles.

Ability to build trust, influence decision makers, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Singapore-based and eligible for Public Sector engagement clearance.

Professional level English communication (spoken and written).
