Mission:

Lead the implementation of the Business Unit (BU) business plan in your region (NE); participate in the development of the area's strategy in alignment with regional/corporate plans, aligned with your business unit's strategy.

Main Tasks:

Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and strengthening of relationships with strategic clients in the region, ensuring personalized and long-term account management.

Define Commercial Strategies: Develop and implement sales and key account development strategies, aligning them with regional market needs and company objectives.

Define strategies for the development and qualification of the regional representatives network, and support the identification of business influencers.

Monitor the monthly sales performance and update trends and forecasts.

Continuously analyze activities at each stage of the sales process (presentations, quote preparation, follow-up on open offers, and order closing process).

Interact with the marketing department, national sales management, and general management to define marketing tools and actions to be introduced or adjusted.

Monitor changes and trends in the market environment, providing insights for reviewing tactical strategies and market actions.

Communicate to representatives about new market and product opportunities.

Analyze, approve, and manage sales expenses in alignment with company policies and defined budget.

Conduct client visits in the field, in addition to active participation in regional and national events.

Organize and, when necessary, deliver presentations or lectures about the product line to end customers and integrators.
