🎅 The Role (Mid–Senior Impact) 🎄
You’ll be a key engineer in a modern product team:
Own front-end delivery using
React + TypeScript
on a complex web platform 🎯
Design and build
reusable, scalable components
and front-end architecture
Work closely with product, design and backend (Node.js / APIs) to ship meaningful features
Take features end-to-end – from technical design ➜ implementation ➜ deployment via
CI/CD
Tackle performance, reliability and UX so the app runs smoother than Santa’s sleigh ❄️
Review code, uplift standards, and mentor less experienced devs in a supportive way

Around
3–7+ years
commercial front-end experience
Strong experience building real-world
React
applications
Solid grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript, performance, component design \& state management
Comfortable in a product/platform environment with some complexity (not just simple brochure sites)
Can contribute like a senior on some days and still willing to learn like a mid-level on others
Clear communicator, collaborative, pragmatic – you know when to refactor and when to ship
Happy to work
5 days a week on-site in Chatswood
