We are seeking an experienced product manager to scale the development and delivery of the enterprise portal within Supplier Payment Plus â a critical and newly launched product that increases the value delivered to the largest suppliers within the BILL Network by reducing manual work needed to receive and record payments from BILL SMBs.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea generation through customer adoption and use. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, data analytics, product marketing and the go-to-market teams, ensuring that our product strategy aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive Supplier Payments Product product roadmap working closely with your Engineering, Design, Product Marketing partners, and collaborating across functional teams in Sales, and Operations to execute, with a proven track record of shipping high-impact product features
Scale a newly launched product from 0-1 to 1-n by prioritizing feature developments with growth experiments to drive metrics around customer adoption and usage, in close collaboration with Data Analytics, Sales, Post-sales and Marketing partners
Drive product-segment-fit by establishing a continuous pulse on the customer needs, competitive strength by gathering feedback from Sales, Marketing and CX teams, and work with Engineering and Design to develop new features and optimize the user experience
Continuously monitor key financial metrics to recognize the drivers and create data driven decisions and update stakeholders on a continuous basis
Bring in AI driven innovations to improve end-to-end customer experience and operational efficiencies
Be a thought leader and disseminator of subject matter expertise leveraging internal data-driven analysis, and continuous discovery of external payments industry trends and the competitive landscape

Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs to inform prioritization and drive product outcomes.
Executional Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-team programs and ship high-quality experiences at scale, on time.
End-to-End Experience Design: Skills in mapping and improving user journeys, optimizing navigation flows, and driving cohesive integrated experiences that work across multiple products.
Communication \& Evangelism: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting vision and decisions clearly at all levels of the organization.
Weâd love to chat if you have:
8 years of progressive experience with a bachelorâs degree, 6 with a masterâs
B2B experience (this is non-negotiable)
Experience working with Order to Cash processes (receivables, billing, cash application) payments, or fintech in general is heavily preferred
Experience working with middle-market organizations, enterprise is preferable
Experience working with global organizations is a nice-to-have
A growth mindset + curiosity
Experience experimenting, A/B testing, and enjoying optimization through trial and error
Exposure to working with agentic solutions in the B2B space is a nice-to-have
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending \& health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
San Jose pay range
$167,300 - $200,700 USD
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILLâs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
