Position:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Product Manager to play a key role in managing our baking enzyme and improver product portfolio. You will focus on delivering value through hands-on portfolio management, market-driven innovation, and customer-centric solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation and alignment with customer needs.
Requirements:
Maintain and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and lifecycle requirements.
Develop and implement pricing and positioning strategies to optimize profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth or improvement.
Provide input for sales materials and product communications to support the commercial team.
Collaborate with R\&D to deliver baking solutions tailored to customer applications.
Support product launches by coordinating with internal teams and providing post-launch reviews to ensure success.
Translate technical product features into clear customer benefits
Work with multidisciplinary teams, including application specialists and commercial teams, to ensure product success in the market.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing by providing market insights and best practices to support business development.
