About the Role

We’re seeking a crypto-native Product Owner / Product Manager to align product strategy with client needs, improve delivery efficiency, and ensure commercial viability.

This role bridges business, user, and engineering teams to define the vision, scope, and roadmap of our financial data product. The position will gather market insights, translate complex financial workflows into structured product requirements, and oversee feature delivery from concept to release.

Crypto knowledge is a plus, but strong product sense and data-driven thinking matter most.

Working location: Hybrid (Hanoi Office)

Your Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product requirements to align with institutional client needs: Translate business goals and market feedback into clear functional specifications to guide development.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact product features: Ensure technical feasibility and user experience quality in every product release.

Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps: Benchmark against global financial data platforms to drive differentiation and strategic positioning.

Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment: Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and roadmap visibility across teams and management.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap: Balance long-term vision with short-term deliverables to support business growth and operational readiness.

Analyze data usage and client feedback to inform continuous improvement: Use analytics and user interviews to refine product performance and adoption metrics.

Stakeholder relationship management: maintain and develop relationship with data vendor and/or other external partners to ensure smooth product development.

Additional

Support pre-sales or client onboarding with product expertise: Provide feature walkthroughs or gather feedback from key clients to enhance retention.

Represent the product at internal or industry events: Share insights on product direction and collect competitive intelligence.

Contribute to documentation and training materials: Help improve internal knowledge base and onboarding processes.

What You Bring

You have

2-5 years of experience as a Productowner within B2B SaaS, fintech (trading, Forex,

Investment Fund

, Securities,...), or data platform

s.

You’re

skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and roadmap prioritization

, ensuring clarity for developers and stakeholders.

You have

strong stakeholder management and communication skills

, bridging technical and business perspectives effectively.

You’re

confident working with APIs, data schemas, and integration workflows

, understanding how data products are built and consumed.

You

demonstrate analytical and critical thinking

, using data to guide product decisions and validate outcomes.

You’re detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable driving complex products from concept to launch.

It’s a plus if:

You have

crypto market knowledge

, understanding DeFi mechanisms such as AMM, Perp, and lending, enabling you to design products that fit on-chain users’ needs.

You have experience with market data terminals like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or FactSet.

You’re familiar with Agile or Scrum frameworks and can manage sprint planning and backlog grooming.

You can use SQL or data query tools to explore datasets or validate product outputs.

You have experience in crypto trading or investing, and are familiar with how traders evaluate opportunities, including market cap, team strength, and financial data, to help you conceptualize product value from a user’s perspective.
