We’re seeking a DevOps \& Configuration Management Engineer to shape our next era of innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated delivery pipelines, managing infrastructure resources, and bridging development and operations to enhance team efficiency and ensure system reliability.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, values transparency, and wants to make a lasting mark on an evolving industry.

What you'll own

As a DevOps Engineer, you will own the automation and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and application delivery pipelines. Your expertise in Terraform and Kubernetes will directly enable our teams to deploy faster, scale globally, and deliver a seamless experience to millions of streaming users.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure \& Platform Engineering

Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.

Implement Kubernetes-based container orchestration for scalable, highly available services.

Optimize resource usage, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.

Handle database operations, including performance tuning, backup/recovery, and capacity planning

Automation \& CI/CD

Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD.

Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps principles across environments.

Enhance observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Datadog, etc.).

Operations \& Reliability

Partner with development teams to improve deployment processes and service uptime.

Support production operations, including on-call rotation and incident response.

Continuously evolve security, compliance, and performance best practices.

Collaboration \& Culture

Contribute to architectural discussions and technical planning.

Share DevOps best practices with peers, fostering a culture of automation and reliability.

Mentor team members on DevOps methodologies and tools

Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning

What We Need in This Role

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4–6+ years in DevOps/SRE roles.

Proven expertise with IaC tools Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane and Kubernetes in production environments.

Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience implementing monitoring/alerting solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to OTT/video streaming platforms or SaaS at scale.

Experience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd) and GitOps workflows.

Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, Go) for automation.

Familiarity with multimedia protocols (HLS/DASH) and CDN delivery.
