Cloud Support Engineer (AWS / Azure / IT Support)

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services and infrastructure
Support deployments, system updates, and cloud configuration changes
Assist customers and internal teams with technical support and system troubleshooting
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Monitor performance, availability, and security of cloud environments
Work closely with software developers, DevOps teams, and IT support teams
Required Skills \& Experience
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP)
Experience with cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
Familiarity with virtual machines, containers, or Kubernetes is a plus
Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) are beneficial
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a technical support environment
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in cloud support, IT infrastructure, or technical support
Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are beneficial but not required
