What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a

Full Stack Developer

(strong in backend, comfortable in frontend) who:

Has

3+ years of software development experience

, ideally in

SaaS products

Loves Python

and

TypeScript

— backend-first, but can roll up sleeves for the frontend too

Thinks in

AI-native workflows

— you code with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok by default

Is passionate about

building AI Agents

, automation, and low-code systems

Has solid experience in

cloud infrastructure

(AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)

Believes in brainstorming, pair-thinking, co-creation—not just “task killing”

Can

lead a team

, mentor devs, and own features from idea to production

Communicates confidently with

Australian stakeholders

, including BAs

Closes the gap between

business goals and engineering solutions

Writes and speaks good English

– clear, concise, and collaborative

Bonus Points If You:

Have shipped scalable SaaS products

Can architect a microservices or serverless backend on AWS/GCP

Build your own tools using OpenAI/Anthropic APIs

Automate workflows using Zapier, Make, or scripting

Care about product UX, even if you’re mostly backend

Know how to turn Notion/Slack/GitHub into a well-oiled team engine

What You’ll Do

Work with a modern team to

design, develop, and deploy SaaS platforms

Build features and APIs with

Python/TypeScript

, manage logic with

Python/TypeScript

, and occasionally dive into

frontend UI

Use AI tools to

accelerate development

, write smart boilerplates, and experiment with ideas

Brainstorm and prototype

AI Agents

that automate workflows or decision processes

Lead and collaborate with devs in Vietnam and business stakeholders in Australia

Join team discussions, present solutions, and co-create the product roadmap
