Function
============
As an Analytical Engineer you play a key role in bridging the gap between Data Analysts and Data Engineers. You are responsible for designing and maintaining a data infrastructure that supports warehousing operations, with a strong focus on client-specific data and business requirements.
Your primary objective is to enable reliable, scalable, and well-structured data models that support operational targets and reporting. Working closely with the Central BI team, you ensure compliance with data governance standards, safeguarding data quality, consistency, and security. Through your work, data insights become actionable, trustworthy, and effectively available to stakeholders across the organization.
Data Modeling \& Structuring
Design, develop, and maintain data models that make data accessible and understandable for data analysts.
Collaborate closely with data analysts to translate analytical requirements into structured data models, views, and data marts.
Ensure data structures support both operational and client-specific reporting needs within warehousing operations.
Data Integration
Integrate data from multiple source systems and transform it into reliable, analysis-ready datasets.
Align data transformations with operational processes and broader business requirements.
Ensure data solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing client and operational needs.
Data Governance \& Collaboration
Work in close alignment with the Central BI team, adhering to established governance guidelines and best practices.
Implement and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts to define and maintain data standards, definitions, and procedures.
Data Source Management \& Performance
Create and maintain high-quality data sources that enable business analysts to generate meaningful insights.
Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance or data quality issues impacting BI solutions.
Profile
