We're excited to announce this new opportunity for a Business Manager to head up the Product team

in Electrical. A hugely successful category with fast growth and big wins – with more to come!

You will –

Develop and deliver Budget and Business plan objectives to grow the business – you're driving the numbers that fuel business success

Lead performance and strategic direction of the Business Unit – you'll set the course and keep the team moving forward

Drive product category direction \& performance – you're across the numbers, the relationships, and all that it takes to achieve success

Manage top class relationships with suppliers, retail partners and stakeholders while keeping an eye on sales targets

Develop in-store trade marketing solutions with retail and suppliers and manage 3rd party marketing agencies

Drive growth of the online business for your category

Maximize distribution opportunities using retail data and market insights

Identify product development opportunities for existing accounts

Provide product training and support to the merchandise team
