We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Product Manager to partner with the Head of Ecommerce and shape product strategy. If you love creating seamless, customer-first journeys, this is your chance to make a real impact.
As Digital Product Manager you'll work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to define the digital product strategy and roadmap that drives business growth. Acting as the key link between UX, engineering, trading and analytics, you will translate customer and business needs into requirements. Your responsibilities include prioritising initiatives with a data-led approach, ensuring smooth delivery across Agile teams, leading cross-functional collaboration, supporting A/B testing and CRO and continually improving customer experience and commercial performance.
To apply for this position you must be a hands-on Digital Product Manager with experience in DTC retail, premium or beauty brands and a strong customer-centric approach. You’ll be collaborative, confident managing cross-functional teams and capable of influencing stakeholders to drive change. The role requires commercial awareness, technical competence across ecommerce systems and CMS tools and the ability to provide guidance to engineers. You should be data-driven, comfortable with web analytics and able to identify opportunities and deliver results against ecommerce KPIs. Experience in line management or team briefing is highly desirable. This position is suited to mid-to-senior level professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
