Job description
Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using C++ and/or Rust, with a strong focus on security, reliability, and performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, BA, QA) to clarify requirements and deliver features on time.
Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code following best practices.
Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system performance and stability.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, security standards, and compliance with best practices.
Your skills and experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with C++.
Good understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL is a plus).
Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Good English communication skills (able to discuss work, attend meetings, and read technical documents).
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different projects.
Experience with security-related development, secure system design, or vulnerability mitigation.
Nice to Have: Experience with microservices architecture*.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience working in outsourcing or international projects.
Understanding of performance optimization and system-level programming (especially with Rust).
