As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented
Mid/Senior Front-End Developer
to join our team and contribute to international projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front-end applications using ReactJS \& SPFx.
Engage directly with EU clients to gather requirements, clarify features, and present implementation plans. and assign tasks to the development team.
Ensure the delivery quality and management team skill
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Designers, and Back-End Engineers.
Ensure high code quality via unit tests, code reviews, and best practices.
Represent the front-end team professionally in client-facing situations, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business expectations.
Stay updated on front-end trends and bring improvements to architecture and performance.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as JS,
ReactJS
, or
SPFx
.
Solid understanding of front-end architecture, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Experience with state management libraries.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and cross-browser compatibility.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with backend or full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, or SharePoint.
Familiarity with database systems such as MS SQL Server or MySQL.
Proficiency with developer tools such as NPM, Bower, Grunt, Gulp, or Yeoman.
