As Associate Solutions Engineer (Integrations) you'll support the Solutions Consultant by providing technical \& pre-sales support to the Sales team. This involves hands of coding, the ability to make changes, provide tech support for integrators and improve the integrator experience via our APIs.
This role bridges the gap between technical aspects of products or services and the sales process, ensuring that sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge to effectively address customer needs and questions - supporting all of the technical needs of new integrating partners and merchants.
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Auckland.
What You'll Do* Offer technical solutions, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
Provide technical support to integrators - improve the experience of Developers who integrate with us, and how they onboard and self-serve with us.
Answer technical questions from Sales teams, customers, and partners, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and technical specifications, as well as industry trends and competitor products.
Collect and relay customer feedback to Engineering and Product teams to improve products and solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth integration of products or services.
Train Sales teams on new products, features, and technical concepts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements Who we're looking for* 1-2 years software engineering / integration experience in Vue and Node.js
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
