DevOps Engineer (Remote \| UK) – HealthTech SaaS

We’re supporting a fast-growing HealthTech company building impactful back-office SaaS products that support critical healthcare operations. They’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale and strengthen their cloud infrastructure in a fully remote role.
The Role
You’ll work closely with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable cloud platforms. This is a hands-on role with real influence over tooling, architecture, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Support a multi-cloud environment, with a strong focus on Azure
Improve system reliability, monitoring, and alerting
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and platform automation
Support observability and operational excellence across SaaS platforms
Key Skills \& Experience
Strong experience in Azure (commercial experience required)
Multi-cloud exposure (Azure primary, others a plus)
Solid Terraform / IaC expertise
Experience with observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting)
DevOps or Platform Engineering background in a SaaS environment
