Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Financial Systems division within our Fintech

business unit. You will be a part of the Billing and Taxes track where we aim at creating

a frictionless experience between our company and our partners in managing their finances.

You and your product play a pivotal role in helping us shape our ambitions by providing

accurate, flexible and effective billing services for our business units worldwide.

Key Job Responsibilities And Duties

Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area;

Lead a portfolio of new product launches as well as product optimisations;

Define the KPIs for your product, and be the ultimate responsible for its success;

Research and identify partner and stakeholder needs and effectively manage their expectations;

Work closely with a cross-functional team and stakeholders to build and operate your product;

Engage with other product leaders within Booking.com to define and drive the development priorities for your product.

Role Qualifications \& Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager

A track record for shipping large-scale, successful software products;

Ability to communicate optimally across all levels of the organization;

Strong stakeholder management and agile prioritization skills;

Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques;

Experience with Finance and/or Fintech products;

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and a basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built.
