Role Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead our enterprise Treasury product suite. This pivotal role is at the intersection of e-commerce, fintech, and corporate finance. You’ll be the key link between business needs and technical solutions, translating complex financial requirements into a compelling product vision that directly impacts our company's financial health. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
Partner with senior leaders in Finance and Treasury to translate business objectives into a strategic product vision. Act as the subject matter expert on treasury operations, including cash management, debt, investments, and foreign exchange (FX) risk.
Own the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious product goals and KPIs.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other business units in an agile environment.
Engage with other product leaders within the organization to define and drive the development priorities for your product.
Role Qualifications and Requirements
4+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on B2B or enterprise systems.
Proven experience working with treasury management systems (TMS), such as FIS Quantum, SAP, or similar enterprise solutions.
Good understanding of corporate treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, debt, and foreign exchange.
Expertise in managing complex enterprise-level product integrations.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
Prior Experience with Finance and/or Fintech products
