The Marketing Communication Specialist at Bracco Imaging supports the implementation of global marketing communication initiatives, helping to ensure that the company’s products and solutions are effectively communicated to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communication Manager, this role collaborates with Global Marketing, Business Units, and Platform teams, contributing to content development, campaign execution, and brand consistency across multiple channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
1) Product Communication, Content Execution \& Branding Support
Support the execution of global external communication plans for Bracco Imaging’s product portfolio in line with strategic guidance. Assist in the creation, adaptation, and delivery of product-related content (e.g., brochures, websites, videos, social media posts) in coordination with agencies and internal stakeholders. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all communication materials and touchpoints. Help local teams adapt global content for regional needs while ensuring consistency.
2) Omnichannel \& Digital Communication
Contributes to the implementation of omnichannel communication plans and campaigns , integrating digital platforms, social media, webinars, and traditional channels to maximize HCP engagement.
Assist in maintaining and updating content for Bracco Imaging’s digital platforms, including the company website, HCP portals, and social media.
Support content tracking and basic analytics to evaluate engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with the Digital team to optimize Bracco Imaging’s online presence, developing engaging and targeted content for company websites, emailing campaigns, social media, webinars, HCP portals, and educational platforms. Measure communication effectiveness and optimize strategies based on audience engagement.
Contribute to enhancing external media relationships , developing and overseeing media content, press releases, and improving Bracco Imaging’s presence in scientific, medical, and industry publications.
Help manage activities and messages related to all product communication activities at international medical congresses , symposia, and industry events.
Help recommend, monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing communication initiatives as well as improve the marcom team processes and efficiencies
3) Cross-functional Collaboration \& Internal Alignment
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Product Marketing, Digital Transformation, Events \& Congresses, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to support compliant and aligned communication efforts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Support regional teams in localizing and adapting global product communication strategies
Support internal communication tasks related to product promotion and campaign sharing
Key Requirements
Professional Experience:
4+ years of experience in marketing communication, ideally within the pharmaceutical, MedTech, or healthcare industry.
Exposure to product-related communication activities and content development.
Familiarity with omnichannel engagement for HCPs and external stakeholders, media relations, and digital communication.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments.
Strategic analysis and planning, project management,
A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
