We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer / Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and databases. The role focuses on building reliable APIs, managing data storage, ensuring performance, and maintaining security and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Design and develop server-side logic and APIs
Integrate backend services with front-end applications
Optimize application performance and scalability
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Debug, test, and maintain backend systems
Database Development
Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
Optimize database performance and indexing
Ensure data integrity, security, and backups
Handle data migration and versioning
Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in backend languages such as:
PHP, Java, Python, Node.js or C#
Strong knowledge of databases:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
Experience with: RESTful APIs, ORM tools, Database normalization and indexing
Familiarity with: Git/version control, Linux environments, Basic cloud services

Education \& Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in backend and/or database development
