Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:
The Logistics Director will be responsible for leading the entire strategy, operations, and optimization of logistics activities in Brazil, encompassing supply planning, sourcing, international logistics, distribution, and end-to-end delivery. The Director will act as a key link between global and local teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and inside sales.
Supply Planning \& Sourcing: Lead the demand and supply planning process for the region, ensuring a balance between product availability, inventory levels, and operating costs;
Coordinate local and international sourcing strategies, evaluating sources and performance;
Manage logistics and people cost budget;
Work with commercial and manufacturing departments to ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply capacity;
Coordinate distribution centers, regional transportation, last mile, and reverse logistics;
Implement and monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), Lead Time, Logistics Cost (% of Revenue), among others;
Lead logistics digitalization and automation projects (e.g., TMS, WMS, real-time visibility, predictive analytics);
Ensure the safety, sustainability, and compliance of logistics operations;
Interface with the International Logistics department.

Qualificações / Qualifications:
Experienice in leadership positions in logistics or supply chain;
Experience in complex multinational operations and diverse regulatory environments;
Experience in logistics transformation, automation, and cost-efficiency projects;
Strong analytical and data-driven skills;
Strategic leadership and ability to manage multicultural and geographically distributed teams;
Ability to negotiate and manage internal and external stakeholders;
Business vision integrated into the value chain (from supplier to end customer);
Logistics Cost Reduction (% of Revenue);
Increase in OTIF and Logistics NPS;
Supply Planning Efficiency (Forecast Accuracy, Inventory vs. Service);
Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Logistics Partners;
Logistics Incident Rate and Regulatory Compliance;
Effectiveness of Transformation and Innovation Projects.
