What are your responsibilities as Partner Manager?As Strategic Partnership Manager, you are the architect of our growing ecosystem. You will be given the freedom and trust to develop this channel independently and realize your vision for partnerships.
1. Strategic Entrepreneurship \& Business DevelopmentYou take the lead: you independently identify and approach high-quality partners (consultancy, ERP integrators, and advisors) and put your own stamp on the collaboration strategy
You are in charge from A to Z: from the initial introduction to negotiating complex win-win deals
You map out the international market and independently determine which partners in regions such as the Nordics and France are crucial to our success
2. International Growth \& NetworkOccasionally, you will travel to potential partners in cities such as Paris, Stockholm, and Rotterdam. You will experience the local dynamics and build strong, personal relationships on location
You will be the trusted representative for our partners, organizing inspiring partner events and training sessions on location to make BrightAnalytics top of mind everywhere
You will monitor your own portfolio with sharp metrics and make adjustments where you deem necessary to maximize commercial output
3. Internal Management \& InnovationYou are an internal entrepreneur: you translate signals from the market into concrete opportunities for our product, marketing, and sales teams
You work independently with Legal and Customer Success to optimize processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your partners
What is your added value within the sales team?
You have a master's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or equivalent through experience)
You have experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or key account management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders comes naturally to you
You think commercially, communicate clearly, and know how to successfully close a deal
Numbers don't scare you: you are analytical, goal-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve
Bonus points if you are familiar with the financial ecosystem, such as CFOs, consultants, or advisors
Your suitcase is always packed: you get energy from regular trips to our hubs in Paris, Stockholm, Oslo, and other locations to make an impact on site
Finally, you are fluent in French and switch effortlessly to English when necessary
