Role : Product Manager – App Development (Healthcare Payer)
Seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead mobile and web app development in the healthcare payer space. Focus on building innovative digital products for members, providers, and internal users. Define the vision, roadmap, and execution for 1–2 key app solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and user needs.
Position :
Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital products. Act as the “voice of the client,” collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Utilize Agile expertise to ensure impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Define Vision \& Roadmap:
Develop product strategy, maintain roadmap, and write user stories.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, UI/UX, QA, compliance, and business teams; translate business needs into technical requirements.
Lead Product Lifecycle:
Manage ideation to launch; ensure usability, compliance (HIPAA, NCQA, CMS), and maintain documentation.
Monitor \& Optimize:
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive data-driven improvements.
Drive Adoption:
Launch features with training, documentation, demos, and adoption strategies.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
4–6 years’ product management experience; app development in healthcare preferred.
Familiarity with payer operations (claims, eligibility, provider directories).
Soft Skills:
Analytical, problem-solving, project management, Agile experience, and strong stakeholder communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, X12, CMS compliance.
Experience with React Native/Flutter and app analytics tools.
Background in user-centered design and digital health products.
