We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, to lead recruitment efforts for office and leadership positions, for the territories of EMEA, Rotax (Austria), APAC \& China.
The candidate will be located in our Lausanne, Switzerland or Gunskirchen, Austria offices.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for implementing the Talent Acquisition processes and strategy for EMEA, Rotax (Austria), APAC \& China, as well as providing innovative solutions for the needs of internal clients considering the corporate policies regarding remuneration, recruiting, selection and headhunting.
We expect you to be experienced in Talent Acquisition full-cycle and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye to detect talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company, as well as excellent leadership skills.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 Talent Acquisition professionals (2 for EMEA, 1 for Rotax, and 1 for APAC \& China).
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Global Director to perform strategies for Talent Attraction, and manage the team for your region, ensuring engagement of your team members, and alignment on priorities.
Work under matrix organization with the HRBs, labor relations, communication, compensation and benefits, and business leaders.
Execute appropriate application of HR company policies and procedures, as well as HR programs and initiatives.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Develop and inspire your team members, distribute work amongst your team, and ensure your team members are great internal collaborators, are engaged and represent BRP as a world-class employer to attract the best talent.
Lead employment branding initiatives for your regions
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct Headhunting processes
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Manage budget for your regions
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by corporate and Global Director
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
Bilingual (French / English or German / English) at a business level.
Good management of priorities, organizational skills, problem solver, excellent communication at all levels of the organization. Customer focus.
Experience in agency recruitment is an asset
Experience in a leadership role desired.
The candidate will be required to travel on a punctual basis to the various sites supported by the position.
