bTaskee
is seeking a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills, hands-on
experience in ETL/data pipeline workflows, and initial exposure to machine learning or
statistical modeling. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to collect,
process, analyze, and transform operational data across our O2O home service platform.
The goal is to enable data-informed decision making, optimize marketplace efficiency,
and support early ML initiatives related to forecasting, matching, and performance
optimization.
Responsibilities And Duties
Develop, maintain, and improve ETL pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and ML workflows.
Work with real-time or near-real-time operational data streams to monitor performance across supply, demand, fulfillment, and customer experience.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
Build dashboards, KPIs, and periodic performance reports to support Product, Ops,Business, and Strategy teams.
Contribute to small-scale ML/AI experiments (e.g., forecasting, classification, clustering, recommendation) to support decision making and automation
initiatives.
Document data logic, transformation rules, definitions, and workflow specifications to ensure clarity and internal alignment.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure data consistency, quality, and accessibility across systems.
Support experimentation and AB testing frameworks; interpret outcomes andhighlight actionable insights.
Qualifications And Skills
Must have
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer/Information Technology or IT-related major;
1–3+ years of experience in Data Analyst, Analytics, BI, or related roles;
Strong proficiency with SQL (analytical queries, joins, aggregations, window functions);
Hands-on experience with Python for analysis, automation, and/or modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn or equivalent);
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, and workflow scheduling (e.g., Airflow, Luigi, Prefect or equivalent);
Familiarity with dashboarding/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar);
Ability to convert analytical results into clear insights for business or product stakeholders.
Understanding of statistical analysis and data validation methodologies;
Good communication and collaboration skills; proactive problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
Exposure to ML/AI topics such as classification models, forecasting, clustering, or NLP;
Knowledge of A/B testing or experimentation frameworks;
Experience with real-time data processing tools (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, or equivalent) — early exposure is acceptable.
