Job Description

Objective of Job Independently managing the AMG Performance Center with dedication on the specific needs of the AMG and Dream cars portfolio of Mercedes-Benz in India. Ability to drive the volume with a common goal of establishing the AMG brand in the respective market

1 Planning

 Steering the AMG Performance Center in planning and achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targets

 Ensuring profitability of the AMG Performance Center

 Defining AMG and Dream car targets for each APC Sales Expert and Dream car Manager in line to Mercedes Benz India goals/targets

 Establish market goals for exclusively CBU vehicle sales, coordinating these with performance targets stipulated by Mercedes-Benz India and drawing up a marketing plan in line to the market requirements

 Defining new potential markets and guiding the team to explore newer avenues

2 Marketing

 Developing, communicating and ensuring correct implementation of guidelines for AMG and Dream car sales

 Observing market price developments of competitors for the CBU Vehicles

 Observing development of the market share and, if necessary, initiating measures to correct this

 Planning, carrying out and evaluating sales promotion measures

 Planning and managing/involvement in events

 Planning and managing/involvement in customer loyalty activities

 Ensuring demonstration vehicles and display vehicles have fittings appropriate to the market/involvement therein

 Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customers

 Planning and executing customer engagement activities at regular intervals

3 Operative Management

 Ensuring consistent utilization off all AMG Performance Center specific queries

 Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the AMG Performance Center

 Ensuring vehicle display and demonstrator requirements are met as per MB India guidelines

4 Quality Management

 Ensuring process adherence in line with the AMG Performance Center goals and vision

 Team alignment ensuring all potential high net worth customers are approached and handled with the same level of expectation desired by the customers with regard to product and services

 Ensuring larger market reach to potential AMG and Dream car customers customer

 Ensuring post sales satisfaction

 Ensuring customer-oriented problem-solving

5 Information Management

 Ensuring all POS and other hygiene factors are adhered as per the stipulated guidelines

 Information from Mercedes-Benz India is followed up, archived and made available

 Sharing and guiding the team with relevant information

RequirementsQualification o Basics : Post Graduation (preferably marketing)

o Experience (type of) : 10-15 years in automotive sales (preferably premium segment)

o Specialized Knowledge: Leadership and motivation skills (team handling). Basic MS Office skills, people management and strategic vision to design long term objectives and goals. Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
