About the Role
As an AI Agent Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing AI-powered agents that support internal operations, marketing workflows, CRM processes, and customer-facing systems.
You'll collaborate closely with leadership, developers, and non-technical stakeholders to:
Identify automation opportunities
Design AI agent logic and workflows
Deploy, test, document, and improve intelligent systems over time
This is a hands-on builder role, not a research or purely theoretical position.
What You'll Do
Design and deploy AI agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Build multi-step agent workflows (decision-making, memory, tool usage)
Integrate AI agents with platforms such as:
CRMs (including Go High Level)
WordPress and web applications
Marketing and analytics tools
Internal dashboards and systems
Create automations using tools like:
Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
Custom API integrations
Implement prompt frameworks, guardrails, and evaluation logic
Optimize AI agents for:
Accuracy
Cost efficiency
Reliability in real-world use
Document systems and contribute to internal SOPs
Monitor performance and iterate based on feedback and results
Required Skills \& Experience
Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
Experience building or deploying AI agents or advanced automations
Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, and structured data
Experience with at least one automation platform (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
Strong systems thinker who can break down complex workflows into logic
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and documentation-driven
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Experience with:
LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, or similar frameworks
Vector databases and embeddings
WordPress or headless CMS environments
CRM platforms beyond Go High Level
Basic JavaScript or Python
Experience deploying AI in real business environments, not just demos
Work Schedule \& Availability
Core office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday
We offer flexibility to start up to 4 hours earlier in the day
This is a remote position, but collaboration during shared business hours is important
Compensation \& Benefits
Competitive base salary: $1,500 to $2,000
