What you’ll be doing
🧱 Designing and shipping scalable backend services and web applications
🔁 Owning features end-to-end - design, build, test, deploy
🔌 Integrating external systems and messy real-world data sources
🔐 Building for reliability, performance, security, and auditability
🤝 Translating regulatory and business requirements into clean technical solutions
📚 Raising the bar on engineering standards, documentation, and dev experience
👥 Mentoring and leading by example as the team scales
