Within our Geneva, Rue du Rhône, boutique team, we are looking for a:
Client Welcoming Assistant
Fixed-Term Contract (15.11 to 31.12)
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the boutique’s daily operations and client experience.
Your main mission is to ensure a warm and professional welcome to all clients, guide traffic flow within the store, and provide tailored assistance to ensure a seamless visit. You will contribute to the preparation and upkeep of the sales areas, support administrative tasks, and answer incoming calls.
In addition, you will deliver a personalized service to our clients, including refreshment service and support for special deliveries. Your presence is essential in supporting a refined, elegant, and attentive atmosphere that reflects Bvlgari’s values and hospitality standards.
Profile
Student currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Hospitality, Communication or a similar field, you demonstrate a genuine passion for the world of luxury.
Team-spirited and dynamic, you build natural and effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike, thanks to your excellent communication skills.
Conscientious and reliable, you are customer-focused and attentive to details, always striving to deliver the highest level of service.
You are well-organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, with a positive and proactive mindset.
Comfortable using modern digital tools, you are fluent in French and English; knowledge of any additional language is a strong asset.
