Job Responsibilities:
Maintain close communication with business stakeholders to understand business/functional requirements and develop corresponding IT solutions based on these requirements.
Responsible for the development of CRM systems (customer service system, ticketing system, Salesforce, etc.), interfacing with various business systems, and designing technical solutions and writing code.
Responsible for system performance optimization, improving system stability, and solving various technical problems.
Job Requirements:
2026 graduate, Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Possess solid data structure and computer system fundamentals, strong coding skills, and familiarity with at least one programming language (Golang/Java) and SQL database language.
Passionate about technology, possess excellent logical thinking ability, enjoy exploring unknown areas, quickly learn new knowledge, continuously improve oneself, be responsible and have a strong sense of ownership.
Familiar with mainstream service frameworks and message middleware; experience with storage middleware such as SQL, Redis, and Kafka is preferred.
Able to independently complete the compilation of design documents, technical documents, and interface documents.
Possess excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent teamwork spirit.
