Description

Responsibilities • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. Additional requirements:

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and ASP .NET for backend development.

Hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux or equivalent state management).

Solid understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration.

Proficiency with SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, indexes).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and deployment pipelines.

Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

Building complex MS Power Bi Reports on Dynamic CRM online for on-demand and schedule reporting.

Expert in customization of Microsoft Dynamic CRM Power App Customer Service Portal, creating custom pages, utilizing Dynamic forms and views to display on the customer service portal.

Expert knowledge of Cloud Security Principles related to Dynamic CRM such as Azure AD B2C Authentication, Okta Authentication, CRM Business Units, Teams and Roles management.

Technical Skills (40%)

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design

Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
