We are looking for an experienced Payment Product Manager to drive the development of account management, fund transfers, investment, saving, and other core financial functions. As a key member of the tech product team, you will work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and efficient payment solutions for our financial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full product lifecycle: strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement.
Design and enhance features across:
Account management (CASA, saving, linking accounts)
Fund transfers \& payment flows
Investment and other digital finance products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, compliance, finance, business) to deliver robust and regulatory-compliant solutions
Define clear product goals, success metrics, and continuously monitor performance.
Provide support on reconciliation and accounting flows related to digital transactions.
Leverage a data-driven mindset — analyze transaction flows, customer usage patterns, and funnel metrics to guide prioritization.
Advise on best practices in accounting flows, reconciliation, and transactional systems.
Lead product lifecycle discussions: discovery, design, validation, and rollout.
Support RFPs, client workshops, and consulting engagements for payment and digital finance solutions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Management / Consulting in payments, fintech, or financial services.
Background as Engineer, EM, or Technical Consultant is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital banking workflows, transaction money flows, and financial operations.
Proven ability to work closely with technical teams (developers, QA) as well as business stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of accounting flows in banking/fintech (ledger entries, posting rules, double-entry systems).
Experience integrating financial APIs and third-party services.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (eKYC, AML, data security).
Prior consulting experience in core banking transformation is a plus.
