Canco Services Ltd are looking to hire an Office Administrator on either a full time or part time basis.
Key Responsibilities
· General office administration including filing, data entry \& correspondence
· Ensure office is well organised \& welcoming
· Collating time sheets \& expense records weekly
· Providing admin support for our accounts function
· Logging calls and jobs for our engineers
· Making travel arrangements for our engineers as required
· Assisting with preparing maintenance contracts, reports and quotations as required using Microsoft Word \& Excel
· Liaising with customers and suppliers
· Organising \& maintaining staff training records
· Booking vehicles in for service/repair/CVR testing
· Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€42,299.36 per year
