As our Solution Architect, you’ll lead the end-to-end architecture, integration \& deployment of AVEVA Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions across multi-site manufacturing. As the technical expert, you'll collaborate with IT/OT teams, ERP/EAM partners, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, future-proof solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 practices.

How you'll play a key role:
Define, own and document the full APM solution architecture including interfaces to ERP, EAM, OT, and MES systems
Lead integration architecture between AVEVA and enterprise systems, ensuring robustness across SaaS/on-prem deployments
Translate blue-collar and executive business requirements into technical architectures and deployment roadmaps
Engage with Infrastructure, Network \& Security teams to support AVEVA platform requirements
Provide escalation support and risk-based governance across the project lifecycle
Drive knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and architectural standards
Your profile:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in APM, EAM, MES, OT, or digital manufacturing implementations
Strong AVEVA APM experience with hands-on integration to ERP/EAM/OT (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SCADA, PLCs)
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 / smart factory technologies and multi-site rollouts
Solid understanding of SaaS vs on-prem strategies, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), networks, infrastructure and security
Excellent stakeholder management—able to liaise from shop-floor technicians to CIOs and convey complex concepts simply
Experience in governance: creating architectural artifacts, design documents, and solutions architecture plans (SAD, roadmaps, reference architecture)
