YOUR ROLE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong Understanding of Scrum Framework (Scrum guide), Agile Methodologies Plan and facilitate Scrum activities/ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and resolve impediments or conflicts that may slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
Ensuring the breakdown of work. Force the breakdown of stories into substories, tasks, spikes, etc.
Work with team members on backlog and processes with Jira or Confluence.
Help build the schedule for deliverables. (Development timeline, PMO would be Resource balancing. Strategically identify if the schedule requires more resources than the team currently has.
Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure appropriate project processes are followed.
