YOUR PROFILE
Scrum Master
Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
Strong experience in Scrum practices and principles lead daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Proven experience in Project Management in software development environments and strong understanding of the software development cycle.
Able to Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables, team capacity for spring and PI planning.
Ensure efficient workflow and communication within the team, support Product Owners and non-technical stakeholders
User story creation: gather requirements from stakeholders, write clear, concise and comprehensive user stories.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog on the Azure DevOps (ADO) board, manage PBI
Prepare and present weekly management updates
Excellent communication (Spanish \& English) and teamwork skills

Data Analyst
Able to review team monitoring reports to identify issues and create corresponding PBI´s for resolution.
Monitor the status of DataBricks jobs and ADF pipelines.
Strong Python experience
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure Data Factory
Ability to review monitoring reports and create PBIs for necessary fixes.
Focus system maintenance.
