Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands on AEM Front End Architect to lead the design and development of scalable performant and reusable frontend solutions for Adobe Experience Manager AEM platforms The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React modern web technologies and a strong understanding of AEM architecture and authoring models Experience with Storybook for UI development and Angular as a secondary skill is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Solution Design
Define and lead frontend architecture for AEM based digital platforms
Design scalable and reusable component libraries aligned with AEMs content and authoring models
Collaborate with AEM architects UX designers and backend developers to ensure cohesive and performant solutions
Hands On Development
Build and maintain frontend components using React JavaScript ES6 HTML5 CSS3 and JSON
Develop and maintain front end components for AEM based projects ensuring modular and reusable code
Collaborate with AEM developers to Integrate frontend code with AEM Components
Use Storybook to develop document and test UI components in isolation
Upgrade and manage js and NPM dependencies ensuring compatibility security and stability
AEM Integration Optimization
Ensure seamless integration of frontend code with AEM Sites and Templates
Optimize performance accessibility and responsiveness across devices and browsers
Guide teams on best practices for integrating with AEMs authoring and publishing workflows
Leadership Mentorship
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend developers
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines
Drive continuous improvement in frontend development practices and tooling
Required Qualifications:
12-15 years of experience in frontend development with at least 5 years in AEM based projects
Strong hands on expertise in React JavaScript ES6 HTML CSS JSON
Experience integrating frontend code with AEM components templates and content models
Proficiency with Storybook for UI component development and documentation
Solid understanding of responsive design accessibility WCAG and performance optimization
Utilize GitHub and CICD pipelines to manage code versioning and deployments
Excellent communication problem solving and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Angular
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 145000- $ 158000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
