Role: DevOps Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our client’s dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in building, maintaining, and optimising large-scale platforms with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and observability.
Mandatory Skills
ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining ELK clusters
Strong knowledge of log ingestion pipelines, indexing, dashboards, and alerting
Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimise search and indexing operations
Kubernetes
Expertise in deploying, scaling, and managing containerised applications in Kubernetes
Experience with Kubernetes objects, networking, Helm charts, and operators
Ability to troubleshoot cluster issues and optimise workloads for performance and cost efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance platform infrastructure to support scalable and highly available systems
Develop and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using the ELK stack
Automate platform operations and streamline CI/CD workflows
Work closely with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to ensure smooth deployment and platform resilience
Identify platform bottlenecks and implement performance improvements
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across environments
Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable) and troubleshoot production issues
