Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management; 7+ years of experience in large-scale residential or commercial construction; Full Driving Licence.
Location: Greater Dublin, multi-site
Salary: €100,000 - €110,000

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee utility project management across its portfolio, specifically Uisce Éireann. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, programme, and compliance standards are met while driving value creation and cost control in collaboration with the commercial team.
You will manage relationships with subcontractors, statutory authorities, JV partners, and local communities while overseeing the full product lifecycle from inception to aftersales. The role also includes leading value engineering, optimizing building systems, and implementing best practices in project controls, performance management, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering large-scale projects, excellent knowledge of building regulations, and proven leadership in high-performing teams. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
