Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role bridges the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and users, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the
product vision, strategy, and roadmap
aligned with business objectives.
Conduct
market research

competitor analysis
, and
user feedback
to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, marketing, and sales — to deliver high-quality products.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable
product specifications and user stories

Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Manage the
end-to-end product lifecycle
, from concept to launch and post-release optimization.
Define and monitor
key performance indicators (KPIs)
to measure product success and ROI.
Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and user-centered design experience.
Serve as the product evangelist, communicating product value to internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously analyze product performance, gather insights, and iterate to improve user satisfaction and engagement.

Pragmatic Marketing Certification
are a plus.
