Role:
Senior IC role focused on shipping a scale-ready product. Strong product judgement, domain intuition, and comfort making pragmatic calls. Hands-on with UX when needed.
Day to day:
Turn broad capability into focused releases.
Make pragmatic trade-offs without compromising long-term structure.
Step into UX and prototyping when clarity is needed.
What we’re looking for:
Strong product judgement and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
Experience shipping complex products built for scale.
Fluency working across UX, customer flows, and transactional surfaces.
Comfort shaping AI-enabled or data-driven product experiences for ecommerce.
Strong judgement around sequencing, reversibility, and long-term impact.
Calm, decisive, and comfortable being briefly wrong.
