Global Product Manager
plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec’s ShorePower portfolio. This role ensures
product success
by:
Leading product lifecycle management
Understanding customer needs and market trends
Driving product development and improvements
Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities
Key Responsabilities:

Product Management \& Development
Define and manage
product roadmap
, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with
engineering teams

Monitor
product performance metrics
, including quality, profitability, and turnover.

Market \& Customer Engagement
Conduct
customer interviews
to refine product specifications.
Assess market trends and industry drivers to guide product evolution.
Develop
business cases and sales collateral
to support commercial activities.

Sales \& Business Enablement
Train
sales teams
on product knowledge and applications.
Assist in
customer engagement, tender preparation, and product presentations
.
Represent the product portfolio at
trade shows, conferences, and webinars
.
Requirements:
MSc in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
(or equivalent experience).
Experience in
engineered electrotechnical or electromechanical equipment
(5-7 years preferred).
3+ years in
product management, product marketing, or business development
.
Ability to
define, refine, and improve product portfolios
based on customer and market insights.
Strong ability to present
clear, impactful information
to stakeholders.
Fluent in
English
(Italian is a plus).
Collaborative mindset with a
proactive and resourceful
approach.
Exposure to
Ports \& Maritime
sector is preferred.
Up to
30% travel
, primarily within
Europe
, with potential global engagements.
