Job Description

The Role:

Regional Space Data Analyst (Maternity Cover)

The Location:

Hong Kong

The Team/ The Business:

You will be working alongside with a team of highly collaborative and supportive colleagues in delivering outstanding service to our clients, together with the project teams to lead the development of workplace strategy and change management.

Contract Duration:

Temporary, Full-Time (January 2026 - April 2026)

What you will be working on:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all space management data related to the client.

Ensure accurate space allocation and data integrity through regular audits and reporting.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the CBRE execution team to manage and track all space activities, including MAC work.

Interface directly with stakeholders to maintain communication and accuracy in space allocation.

Coordinate with planning, transactions, and the CBRE PMO teams for seamless integration.

Prepare CAD block plans and test fit layouts as required.

Ensure compliance with the client's Space Planning Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPI requirements.

Familiarize yourself with and implement the client's space standards and policies.

Generate scheduled and ad-hoc space management reports for both the client and CBRE.

Maintain accurate data in the FMS database and ensure all supporting documentation is correct.

Build and sustain positive working relationships with client representatives and service providers.

Proactively communicate with internal and external teams and clients.

You are someone with:

Degree holder in data science, data management, or other related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferrable in financial services sector.

Good computer and information technology skills with hands-on experience in a variety of applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent information technology skills with hands-on experience in a variety of applications such as space management software and Excel.

Exceptional customer service skills as well as the ability to plan and communicate effectively with client stakeholders, end users, service providers and vendors

Fluent spoken and written English. Ability to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin will be a plus.
